We are very excited to ONCE AGAIN have you attend our 6th Hands-On Children's Car Show!. This is organized by Mill Creek Early Childhood Program as a way to gain young children's interest in antique cars and bring people together while collecting physical donations for the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry.

Vendors must have an activity for children at their booth. Due to the nature of the event we are requiring that the activity be mess free and that any swag handed out is not food, candy, or stickers to respect those who are allowing the children in their antique cars. If you are unsure, please run your activity by Ilana Marczak ([email protected]) to ensure it is okay

Vendors must bring their own tent/table/chairs and there is no electricity provided. Food items and or services/products may not be sold at the event. You are welcome to advertise your service/product, but the focus of this event is on the children and the cars.
The vendor fee is $35.00 that is paid by check on the day of the event.

Want to attend as a vendor FOR FREE? 
If you know someone with an antique car tell them to include your name and business when they register their vehicle.  If they bring their car your vendor fee (check) will be handed back to you before you leave!

As July 16th gets closer you will be contacted with more details and please be sure to share the even on FB! Last year we had over 100+ children attend. Lets break that record!
