Mrs. Christy spent some time looking for a place to call home and found it at Mill Creek ECP; one that values children and aligns with her philosophy of education. Mrs. Christy is married and has two daughters who were both born in Canada. She has a bachelor's in education and several master's classes in early childhood education. Halloween is one of her favorite holidays and she wants to one day take over the world and play music and spread love!

Ms. Peyton Ms. Peyton joined us at the end of 2025 in our younger toddler room. She has a bachelor's in psychology with a focus on child development and a minor is studio art. Her calm demeanor and welcoming smile bring comfort to the children in her classroom. Ms. Peyton has been with her boyfriend for over 5 years and when she is not at work you will often find her spending her free time with friends and family. |
Ms. Kelly Ms. Kelly started with us while she was completing her last year of High School, coming after school or on her days off. She enjoyed it so much that she is now one of our full-time toddler teachers! Ms. Kelly is currently in cosmetology school in the evenings...who knows maybe she will offer kids haircuts when she graduates! Ms. Kelly was an avid cheerleader and can often be found supporting and coaching future cheerleaders. |

Mrs. Trinity Mrs. Trinity began her professional career working with seniors. She loved building the relationships with those she cared for and wanted to do so while also having an impact on children's lives. She has been working with children for four years and started with us in March of 2025. She has her CDA, making her teacher qualified. She is married and has two dogs; a Belgian Molli and Husky named Canoli & Pumpkin. Her favorite children's book is From Head to Toe by Eric Carle. |
Ms. Elizabeth Ms. Elizabeth joined our team in August of 2021. She helps at both our locations and feels lucky that she gets to know all of the children. She is loved by all of the children and is a great help to all of our teachers throughout the day. We are happy to share that she recently completed the CCP Certificate Program, making her teacher qualified. Ms. Elizabeth lives in Batavia and is another one of our teachers who walk to work. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family. |
