Two-year-old Educators

Mrs. Carly

Ms. Carly joined us at the start of 2024.  Her background working with elementary aged children at her daughter's school lead her to realizing how much she enjoyed working with children.  Since starting with us she has grown tremendously as an educator and obtained her CDA, making her teacher qualified. Mrs. Carly in married with three children, one boy and 2 daughters.  In her spare time, she oversees ALL of the Kaneland cheer teams and coaches.

Ms. Lauren

Ms. Lauren joined Mill Creek in March 2026. She grew up in a home where her mother ran a daycare. She studied Human Services at the College of DuPage, so she could further her work with families and children. Additionally, she remains active in her community by serving in the children’s ministry at her church on Sunday mornings. She is the mother of two daughters, Evelyn and Charlotte. She has two pet fish named Spotty and Sherbet. Her favorite activity is spending time at the beach with her children.

Ms. Sky

Ms. Sky joined us in the fall of 2025. She is currently a senior in High School and comes to help us in the afternoons. After taking classes in early childhood education at school, she wanted to continue working with children. Very often you will find her reading stories to a crowd of children all around her. She is planning to attend a local college after graduating high school this year, with plans to be a kindergarten teacher.
